Justin - Operations Manager for Licensable Activity's

Since leaving the RAF Regiment in 1995, Justin has gained a vast amount of operational and management experience in the areas of close protection, static guarding and retail security also event and venue security. This experience has come from being involved with various companies and agencies in the UK and abroad. He has been registered as a door supervisor since July 1995 where he has gained a vast amount of customer service experience.

Graham Operations Manager - Events.

Being in the security industry for 21 years in various roles - ranging from event stewarding, K9 handling and door supervision to close protection. As well as Response coordinator to Operations manager. I joined the S3S team nearly 3 years ago. Not only did I like the direction S3S were heading, I liked that they were pushing their high standard of staff throughout the security industry. but in doing this we have now got the reputation for getting the job done with a polite and help full manner whilst maintaining the correct aptitude for all levels of strength and posativitey within the roles we carry out to maintain the high levels of safety required in this modern day society.
